Had issue with motor bar not working contacted INSE thru website supplied by Amazon Cecelia very helpful had me try a test to determine the problem and immediately sent a replacement motor head . Very good customer service and very happy with vacuum Thank youBesides the obvious reasons to buy a cordless vacuum, I really like how this vacuum has a light in the front of the head. The light shows you just how much dust and pet hair there is on our hardwood floors. It was gross. Never thought I'd appreciate a light but on this vac, I do. I also appreciate how I can now vacuum underneath my counters/cabinets/radiators without having to sweep the dust out first. On a full charge, this vacuum is supposed to last 45 mins on hardware floors, 20 mins on low pile carpet. This vacuum isn't for high pile carpet. Gave 4/5 because I haven't used the vacuum that long, will upgrade score if the vacuum exceeds my expectations.Stopped working after 3 months of use which is extremely sad because it worked great when it did work. I’m so tired of replacing vacuums once a year. I need something that’s going to last me for atleast 5 yearsThis was exactly what I wanted. I needed a small, lightweight, cordless vacuum powerful enough to clean my entire house that has hard floors, pick up cat litter from 3 cats, food debris from our Baby & still be able to use it on my shorter rugs. I can't use it on longer carpet but I'm more than ok with that. No more sweeping for an hour, only to find my hair or my cats hair left behind. This vacuum picks up all the hair SO well. ALSO the customer service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I accidentally threw away a peice of the filter while emptying the trash bin. I was willing to purchase the replacement part, so I emailed the company through their website & they are sending me the part for free because of the included one year warranty! I was amazed. Her name was Cecilia & she was so kind & helpful. So yeah, I love this stupid little vacuum so much, it's embarrassing. I love the price too. *chefs kiss* perfect.This was the first one I purchased, I originally bought it to make vaccuuming my stairs much easier. The suction is poor and this is no good for any kind of carpet. Worked okay for hardwood floors though and picked up dust etc. i returned it.The top part was heavy and awkward for me (I’m small boned and small muscles.) to use.So I love how it looks. I love that it's chargeable and cordless while in use. I love that it has a light on it. It's easy to clean it out. The major negative is that it doesn't have great suction. Such a huge bummer.My wife is tiny, and would drag out the corded vacuum almost daily as she has been called the queen of clean. She would struggle with the corded vacuum; but now she enjoys using this vacuum and comments almost every time how light it is and what power it has for such a light machine. She loves it!
