UPDATE: Seller contacted me and offered to replace the item after asking for a photo. Looking forward to receiving it soon - love the hose. Excellent customer service!Bought this hose at the end of March, started using it in April (occasional plant watering, nothing major). September 10th and I can't use the hose any longer since it sprung a major leak at the connection of the hose. Didn't even last an entire season, very frustrated.Both hoses failed, one separating from the gasket, the other having what looked like pinholes near the supply connection. I’m annoyed.The black fabric covering that is woven over this hose is frayed in several places and does not appear as though it will hold up when used as described. This is suppose to be a tough material and should not come out of the package frayed.I bought this product for my farm. My kids help around the farm and this is the perfect tool they use to help me provide water to the animals. Its light weight and easy to maneuver. This is such a great product that I have bought multiple of these for other parts of my farm. Two (2) of my water hose busted and I was discouraged on buying anymore, fortunately, I found the perfect product for this (3Sets of Connectors for Garden Water Hose Expanding Hose Female Male Repair Kit). My water hoses are like new. Highly recommend this product for daily use or for those who have a hard time dragging around heavy water hoses. Helpful tip: Keep the approximate loop length the same to determine how many loops you will need in the future, unhook (Hook is included) the water hose and extend it in the direction you need your water hose to expand to. Turn on the water, as you are walking toward the water hose gun (make sure it's in the off position) pick up some of the water hose until it's fully extended without creating stress to the faucet and carry as you go to its desired location.Very very happy with this purchase. My husband unrolls it and declares it will "never" reach the newly planted at the end of the garden. Aha - turn on the water and this thing grows and grows. Being black and visibly twisting and writhing as it fills with water is a little concerning to anyone with morbid fear of reptiles looking the same, but it does the job very nicely. Nozzle has many settings and one for every conceivable watering need. I think the only doubt I have is its durability. The outer part is a nylon fabric and it has already gotten snagged on twigs/stumps etc. I wonder how long that lasts...At first the hose was great because it was so easy to maneuver about the yard. Storing it was a pain. I ended up having to buy a big barrel to keep it in. When the water was on, we had to take the entire hose out of the barrel. Then about 4 months in, the hose sprung a leak. In order to continue to use it, we had to wrap it with duck tape. I won't buy another one. I will stick with the original kind of garden hose from here on out.I gave it 5 stars it seems bulky but honestly I feel it’s not a bad thing. I’ve had light weight hoses before usually they last a year and they are in an inclosed container out of the sun when not in use. This one is heavy but it seems more of a heavy duty so I’m not going to give it 1 star on light weight because they built their product better ?♂️I first bought the 75-foot version of this hose, and while it can stretch that far, the hose becomes a bit taut and narrows. It felt overstretched in my hands, but I really liked the fact it does not kink. So, I moved the 75-foot hose to a part of my yard where a 50-foot rubber hose would do, and it covered that territory fine.I ordered the 150-foot version to cover the area originally I'd bought the 75-foot hose to cover. It easily extends over all the larger yard without stretching and has removed all the frustrations of hand watering with a traditional hose that gets caught, kinked and is unwieldy.If the two I bought last a decent amount of time, I will remain happy with this type of hose. A word to those with rough or rocky ground: I think this hose would get caught on jagged surfaces, and that could fray the woven material. Might be better to stick with a tougher rubber or vinyl hose there.I spent years fighting with kinking hoses and reeling them up in covers. I bought this and am super happy with it. It doesn't kink at all. If you empty the hose when done it basically shrinks to nothing. I hide it in a flower pot so it looks ornamental and can be placed anywhere. This way you don't have ugly hoses showing in the yard.By far the BEST hose I can ever imagine existing! Super impressed. Very lightweight. Does not tangle. Easy to lift and move around. Keep wanting to purchase more but I remind myself its good quality and i dont need more haha!It was amazing . I liked it a lot, but I had to return it, because got triple longer.
