Right out of the box you could tell this was a well built vacuum of high quality. Everything fits tight and secure. It has a good weight and is well balanced. The digital face is easy to read. Operation is intuitive but for those who like manuals theirs is easy to understand. There is some battery charge out of the box but as the manuals says it takes 5 hours for a full charge. One thing missing from any of the cordless vacuum advertisements is that the advertised operation time per full charged battery is based on the lowest suction setting. Run time is greatly reduced at the highest suction setting. This is not a concern for me but may be for someone using their cordless vacuum to clean their whole house. This unit is well designed and is easy to empty and clean. I looked at several cordless vacuums and found this one has a bit more power that others at the same price point. I am very happy with my purchase.I purchased an Eioeir that stated it was 450 Watts & 23pka…although I simply didn’t think it performed well and the battery never lasted longer than 10 minutes on max power. However, this stick vacuum is absolutely phenomenal! I can use it on max power and it runs for at least 20 minutes, it’s extremely well-made, durable & I’m loving the extra power and battery life. It really makes my day so much easier with all the kids!Love it runs great!I bought my new UMLo V111 today after studying the specs and design. One of the first things that caught my attention was the "In-line Configuration" the motor, dustbin, and cyclone of the vacuum cordless are aligned, so air is drawn into the cyclones in a straight line – creating 20% more suction power..." As an engineer I appreciate this model's smart design. But then I had to test it out.1) As soon as I unboxed the vacuum I switched it on and put my hand over the end on max power. WOW! I could barely pull my hand off without a lot of strength. So far so good.2) See photo - I have this heavy/fluffy area rug in my loft that I vacuum once a week. I used my old vacuum, a very similar lightweight but model, to vacuum the rug. Then I went over it again with the V111. WOW! I was immediately impressed when the dust bin started to fill up with a significant amount of dust. That proved to me that my purchase was the right one.I'm giving away my old vacuum to my son who has nothing. He'll be thrilled. I'm keeping this little jet pack of a vacuum for myself.AND it has a 12 month customer service. AND I love the mini roller brush for using on the furniture. AND the price is great for all you get. Well done! I'm hard to impress.I have been in search of a good cordless vacuum and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a Dyson. I found the Inse line of vacuum's and am so glad that I did. First off, it is super easy to set up right out of the box. It comes with different rollers and attachments based on where you are cleaning. Once you get it running, it does an amazing job at cleaning up dirty, fur balls, food crumbs, and more. It holds the charge really well and is super easy to empty and clean. I find myself vacuuming all the time now because I like to keep my place clean and my new UMLo helps me do exactly that. Would 100% recommend!This is a very nice Vacuum, easy to assemble, easy to clean dust cup, very light with wonderful manueverability. The suction is good and I am able to vacuum my entire 22 sq ft home with one battery charge. I use the lowest setting for hard floors and the highest setting for my 7x10 ft area rug. Since I have 3 cats this makes my life so much easier. This vac easily picks up cat hair and litter. I am 73 years old, somewhat frail so this is a god send. I've owned many high end vacs over the years and find this one perfect for me. I like the light on the motorized brush and the digital display near the on-off switch. It tells you the suction power as well as moniters the battery level. Customer Support is amazing. I had a few intial question and customer support always responded promptly, was very helpful, patient and provided the support I needed.
