Complete lack of customer service. Item arrive broken and missing parts. When I called the number on the instruction sheet and said I wanted to return it, the representative hung up on me. Tried to access their set-up video, and they didn't send it to me. Also, the big rubber gasket that connects the pipe to the water bottle doesn't insert all the way, so the pipe part wobbles. While I maybe could have cobbled it together somehow enough to use it, it doesn't draw anything into the water. Worthless product.
